It's a pleasure to welcome you all to Stavanger!
We hope you will spend some time discovering the Stavanger region's culinary richness the weekend before the Michelin Star Revelation. Gladmat - Norway's biggest food festival is from the 29th of June until the 2nd of July. We have set up some special activities for Michelin guests and hope you will join us!

SATURDAY 2nd JULY 1200 – 1400
A guided tour in the festival, getting a taste of our local products.
We will take you on a guided tour, visiting local food producers and get a taste of our region.
You meet up in Kokepunktet, situated in the harbour of Stavanger. Kokepunktet is a big tent in the festival area, and you will find the location on our festival map at www.gladmat.no. The guided tour is exclusively for the invited by Michelin.
There are limited number of seats available, first come first served.

SATURDAY 2nd JULY 1700 – 1900
“The Kitchen Party”, a get-together with taste of local food and drinks.
As our guest you will get two glasses of drinks and three tastings of food.
"The Kitchen Party" is in Kokepunktet, situated in the harbour of Stavanger. Kokepunktet is a big tent in the festival area, and you will find the location on our festival map at www.gladmat.no.
There are limited number of seats available, first come first served. "The Kitchen Party" is an event arranged by Gladmat, and tickets are available to the festival audience.

SUNDAY 3rd JULY 1300 – 1600
Boat trip to the beautiful island Brimse
A beautiful trip to Brimse, where our excellent farmer Frode Ljosdal will do a guided tour, before eating a meal prepared by Stavanger-chefs.
